Blackmagic DeckLink Quad 2
PCIe capture and playback card with 8 independently configurable 3G-SDI connections for high-density multi-channel SD/HD workflows.

DeckLink Quad 2 is a PCI Express capture and playback card built for high-density SD/HD multi-channel work: 8 independent 3G-SDI mini DIN connections, each individually configurable as an input or an output. That gives up to 8 simultaneous capture channels, 8 simultaneous playback channels, or any mix in between on a single card — a practical way to consolidate multi-camera ingest, multi-channel playout, or large-scale monitoring without stacking several cards.
Each channel handles 12-bit SD and HD formats up to 1080p60, in both 4:2:2 and 4:4:4, with 16 channels of embedded SDI audio and Tri-Sync/Black Burst reference input for house sync. Hardware colorspace conversion plus HD down/up/cross conversion are built in, so mixed-format sources can be normalized on the card itself.
Installs into a PCIe 8-lane Gen2 slot (compatible with 8 and 16-lane slots) and draws 22W, making 8 independently routable SDI channels available from a single, standard expansion slot.
