Roland V-1HD+ Compact 4 x HDMI Video Switcher

A compact 4-input HDMI switcher. The integrated T-fader controls transition speed manually, or use the take button to trigger the selected transition. Two HDMI outputs are selectable between program and multiview (up to 10 views per output); output 2 also supports an on-screen menu display.

A four-layer effects engine handles keying, PiP and downstream keys. Internal memory holds four still images, and a USB port adds external drives as an extra image source.

PGM/PST busses and a T-bar give you industry-standard switching controls. Tactile audio volume knobs, signal/peak lights and unity gain markers make level adjustments easy on the fly.

Four HDMI inputs support HD video and PC resolutions. Each input has its own frame buffer/TBC, so non-genlocked cameras and playout devices work fine as sources. Set the broadcast system (59.94/50Hz) in the menu.

A built-in 14-channel audio mixer de-embeds audio from the HDMI stream, mixes it, and re-embeds it into the output. Beyond embedded audio, it takes analog input via two 3-pin XLRs, a stereo RCA pair, and a 3.5mm stereo mic input. Each audio input gets a three-band EQ, high-pass filter, compressor, noise gate and sync delay to realign audio with video; the XLR and 3.5mm inputs include a de-esser. The main outputs carry a limiter, three-band EQ and compressor for broadcast-quality analog audio out. Connect to a computer to record or livestream the mixers output.
